Dr. Sugiyama received his DDS degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. He spent his undergraduate career at Brigham Young University where he earned a bachelor of science degree in the field of exercise science. Dr. Sugiyama stays up to date with current techniques and information by being a member of the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, Metro Denver Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and CEREC study group. To provide you with the finest care he has also spent numerous hours in continuing education courses and lectures. At times Dr. Sugiyama can also be found volunteering his time at the Kids In Need of Dentistry clinic in Denver. Dr. Sugiyama is married to his lovely wife Connie and together they enjoy all of the outdoor fun Colorado has to offer. Some of their interests include: hiking, biking, camping, fishing, and skiing. Some of his personal hobbies also include basketball, softball, and golf.


Upon graduation from BYU-Idaho with a degree in horticulture, Kimberlea and her husband Wade, moved to Castle Rock where she entered the dental field. She spent three years working at a dental office in Denver, then in fall 2015 she joined the Cedar Mountain Family team. In her free time Kimberlea enjoys spending time with her family, baking, gardening, and she also enjoys hiking in the mountains with her two Alaskan Malamutes Leo and Bella.


Amy has been in the dental field for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those in orthodontics. She loves teeth, smiles, and what a wonderful smile will do for someone’s self esteem and confidence. She joined Cedar Mountain Family Dentistry in late August 2020 – the best part of her 2020 Pandemic. She is the proud mother of two wonderful young men. Her hobbies include art – and lots of it. Also, time with friends and family and she’s looking forward to enjoying more of Colorado!


Sarah graduated from dental assisting school in June of 2016 and was so excited to become apart of the Cedar Mountain Family Dentistry team later that month! She loves working with patients and helping them achieve happy and healthy smiles. In her free time she enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with her family and friends.


Jennifer was born and raised on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii. She has five plus years of dental experience as an expanded duties dental assistant in General, Hygiene and Orthodontic Dentistry. In 2013, she decided to specialize and obtain her degree in Dental Hygiene from The Community College of Denver. Jennifer is a long-standing member of the American Dental Hygienist’s Association and has received numerous certifications in Nitrous Oxide, Laser Therapy and Silver Diamine Fluoride. She has also dedicated many volunteer hours to non-profit organizations like Kids in Need of Dentistry (KIND) and Give Kids A Smile. Her primary goal is patient comfort. She loves getting to know her patients and
individualizing their care to help them achieve an overall healthy body and smile. During her free time, Jennifer loves spending time with family and friends. Some of her many hobbies include reading, crafting and exploring all the wonders of Colorado with the two joys of her life, her sons Noah and Jace.
